Why does the mention of 'work-life balance' seem like someone is
screaming, 'I am going to work.... to let the earth stay in its orbit.
So, Dear Earth-inhabitants! Please give me a break. I need to sleep for
some more time!!'
Might be because I have been hearing it quite frequently these days, especially from the sleep-deprived lot.
In these cases, this 'balance' is directly related to the hours of sleep.... otherwise, isn't it true that the phrase comes handy to gain some brownie points in terms of level of exhaustion??!!
Isn't it true that we always make time for things we wish to do, one of them being our profession??!!
(Excuse me if my perception is wrong because there are always assumptions, exceptions and exemptions!!)
